At The Cheese Man, we are committed to transparency and ensuring our customers have accurate information about the products they purchase. Please read the following carefully. 
 
Fresh-Cut Products and UAE Regulatory Labelling 
In accordance with UAE food safety regulations, all freshly cut or sliced products, including but not limited to cheeses, cold cuts, and other deli items, are required to carry an expiry label of no more than 3 days from the date of cutting or slicing. 
 
This regulatory requirement applies regardless of the original product's shelf life prior to being cut. A product that carries a 3-day label upon receipt may have an underlying shelf life that extends significantly beyond that date in its original, uncut form. 
 
The Cheese Man is not responsible for any confusion arising from the difference between the labelled expiry date on freshly cut products and the original shelf life of the uncut product. Customers are encouraged to store all products correctly and use their discretion when consuming items. 
 
Cheeseboards 
Our cheeseboards are freshly assembled and do not carry an individual expiry label. Customers are strongly advised to consume cheeseboards upon receipt. The Cheese Man shall not be held liable for any adverse effects resulting from the consumption of cheeseboards that have not been consumed promptly upon delivery or collection. 
 
Storage Responsibility 
Customers are responsible for the proper storage of all purchased products. All items should be kept refrigerated and, where applicable, tightly wrapped to preserve freshness. The Cheese Man shall not be held liable for any deterioration in quality or safety resulting from improper storage after the point of delivery or collection. 
 
Legal Jurisdiction 
This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to this disclaimer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates. 
 
The Cheese Man reserves the right to update, modify, or change this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review it regularly to stay informed of any updates. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
