Shipping Policy

The Cheese Man guarantees that all orders arrive in perfect condition at the provided shipping address. Deliveries are made using chilled and temperature-controlled vehicles; however, from time to time, The Cheese Man may also engage trusted third-party logistics providers for deliveries within Dubai, which may utilise insulated vehicles designed to maintain appropriate product temperatures and ensure safe and timely delivery. All deliveries to other Emirates are fulfilled exclusively through third-party logistics providers.

Delivery Coverage & Schedule
Same-day delivery is available exclusively within the Emirate of Dubai.

For all other emirates, next-day delivery is available for orders placed by 4:00pm the day before.

Dubai
Our delivery services within Dubai are available daily from 10:00am to 10:00pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, delivery is available until 11:59pm.

Other Emirates
Deliveries to all other Emirates are available seven days a week from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

Remote Districts
Please note that each Emirate contains specific Remote Districts where delivery services may be limited. Remote Districts in other emirates may not be available for next-day delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the selected delivery date is correct based on the delivery dates specified in our Remote Districts list. If an invalid delivery date is selected, The Cheese Man reserves the right to cancel the order or reschedule the delivery date.

If your delivery address is located in a Remote Districts, please ensure that chiller vehicles can safely access the location and that no road or entry restrictions are in place. Any special delivery instructions or important details for the driver should be added to the order notes during checkout.

Delivery Timings & Delays
The Cheese Man is committed to delivering all orders within the selected time slot at checkout. However, unexpected circumstances, including but not limited to roadblocks, traffic delays, &/or accidents, may occasionally affect delivery times. While these instances are unlikely, The Cheese Man cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. If any delays occur, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and minimise the effect of the delay.

Restricted Access and Road Closures
Certain areas within the UAE may be subject to road closures, restricted access, or security controls at various times. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform The Cheese Man in advance if their delivery address is located within a restricted area and to ensure that the appropriate authorisation is in place to allow delivery vehicles to access the location and complete the order successfully. Please note that a delivery confirmation is not considered valid access authorisation.

If access is denied at the time of delivery due to restricted entry, missing authorisation, or the customer’s failure to notify us, The Cheese Man will not be held responsible for any resulting delays or failed deliveries. Any additional delivery attempts may be subject to additional delivery fees.

The Cheese Man reserves the right to cancel the order without refund if delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access or lack of authorisation.

Special Requests & Changes to Delivery Timings
The Cheese Man understands that customers may occasionally need to adjust their delivery time &/or delivery date. Any changes requested after an order has been placed are not guaranteed and may result in delays. All modifications are subject to driver availability, route planning, and operational capacity.

The Cheese Man is not responsible for any delays that occur due to customer-requested changes. If a customer requests a change to their delivery date or time after an order has been placed, any resulting delays are not eligible for returns, refunds, or compensation. Requests to change the delivery time &/or date made on the day of delivery, or after dispatch, may not be accommodated.

For any special requests &/or changes to delivery timings, please contact our customer support services. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. 

Failed Deliveries
A delivery will be considered failed in any of the following instances:

  • The customer is not available to receive the order at the selected delivery address.
  • The customer is not reachable by phone at the time of delivery.
  • The delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, &/or in a Remote District.
  • The customer requests a change in delivery time &/or date after the order has been dispatched.
  • The customer refuses the order upon arrival.
  • The driver is unable to complete the delivery due to access restrictions not communicated in advance.

Drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes upon arrival before marking the delivery as failed, after which the order may be rescheduled based on the next available slot. Waiting times may vary when deliveries are fulfilled by third-party logistics providers. Additional delivery attempts may be subject to charges.

Given the perishable nature of our products, The Cheese Man cannot leave orders unattended. The Cheese Man reserves the right not to leave any order unattended at the delivery address if the customer (or an authorised recipient) is not present at the time of delivery. All orders must be received in person. Once an order is marked as successfully delivered, The Cheese Man is no longer responsible for the handling, storage, or condition of the items. Returns, refunds, &/or compensations will not be provided for spoilages resulting from failed deliveries, customer unavailability, &/or improper storage after delivery.

Failed deliveries caused by incorrect &/or incomplete customer-provided information, including but not limited to address, contact details, &/or availability, may result in delays &/or a failed delivery attempt. The Cheese Man is not responsible for any such delays, and re-delivery charges may apply.

If a delivery fails, the customer may be contacted to arrange a new delivery time. All re-deliveries are subject to vehicle availability, driver scheduling, and operational capacity.

The Cheese Man reserves the right to update, modify, &/or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review this page regularly to stay informed about any changes. By using this website and purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
