Currently, The Cheese Man only delivers to the Emirate of Dubai. Delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Cheese Man is not liable for delivery delays outside our control.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at info@thecheeseman.ae within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We reserve the right to modify product prices or promotional offers at any time without prior notice. Any promotions or discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
