Promotional Campaign Terms & Conditions
At The Cheese Man, we're pleased to offer a series of day-specific promotional campaigns with select same-day orders: Mystery Monday, Scratch Tuesday, and Gift Wednesday. Please read the following terms carefully, as they govern your eligibility to participate in these campaigns.
General Eligibility
The following conditions apply to all campaigns described in this document, unless stated otherwise under the specific campaign.
Each campaign applies exclusively to same-day delivery orders placed on its designated day. Orders that do not qualify for same-day delivery, or that are placed on any other day, are not eligible for the corresponding campaign. These promotional campaigns do not apply to B2B orders, including accounts approved for B2B purchases with preferential pricing, or to companies purchasing under a standard account.
The Cheese Man reserves the right to determine order eligibility at its sole discretion.
Mystery Monday
This campaign applies exclusively to same-day delivery platter orders placed on Monday. Orders that do not include a platter are not eligible.
One gift may be selected per qualifying order, giving customers the chance to win a cheese, a cracker, or a cold cut from the items listed for that platter's size at the time of order. Gifts are not interchangeable between platter sizes, and substitutions outside the listed items will not be accommodated. Gift availability is not guaranteed and is subject to stock on hand at the time of order.
Scratch Tuesday
This campaign applies exclusively to same-day orders placed on Tuesday.
A scratch card is issued with each qualifying order. The value awarded is determined at random and is not disclosed or guaranteed in advance. Only one scratch card may be issued per qualifying order.
Possible scratch card outcomes include:
● AED 5 off next order.
● AED 10 off next order.
● AED 20 off next order.
● Free delivery on the next order.
● AED 100 off next order.
Customers will be provided with a code corresponding to the value awarded. The code is redeemable exclusively on thecheeseman.ae against a subsequent order meeting a minimum spend. Codes cannot be redeemed through third-party delivery platforms or services.
The Cheese Man reserves the right to set and adjust the applicable minimum spend required to redeem the code at its sole discretion.
Each physical scratch card is valid for one redemption only. The same promotional code may be issued on more than one scratch card, and each valid scratch card may therefore carry a code that has also been issued on another card. Customers are responsible for keeping their scratch cards and codes secure. The Cheese Man is not responsible for scratch cards or codes that are lost, shared, copied, disclosed, or used by another person.
The Cheese Man reserves the right to verify the validity and redemption status of any scratch card or code and may refuse redemption where there is reasonable evidence of duplication, alteration, misuse, fraud, unauthorised reproduction, or attempted reuse of the same physical scratch card.
Gift Wednesday
This campaign applies exclusively to same-day delivery orders placed on Wednesday. The order total, inclusive of taxes, delivery charges, and any other charges, determines the applicable spend category and the gifts included with the order, at no additional charge, as follows:
AED 250 - 349: A Cracker
AED 350 - 449: A Cracker and a cheese
AED 450 +: A Cracker, a cheese, and a cold cut item
The Cheese Man reserves the right to replace any gift item with an alternative of equal or greater value, subject to availability.
General Conditions
The following conditions apply to all campaigns described in this document.
Gifts, scratch cards, and any value or item awarded under these campaigns have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or credit, except where a scratch card or gift explicitly states its intended use (for example, a discount or free delivery on a future order). These campaigns cannot be combined with any other offer unless explicitly stated. The Cheese Man reserves the right to substitute, limit, amend, suspend, or withdraw any of these campaigns, including their eligibility criteria and associated gifts or values, at any time and without prior notice. Any disputes relating to these campaigns shall be resolved at the sole discretion of The Cheese Man.
Gifted items may be unpasteurised (raw milk) and may contain or come into contact with common allergens. The Cheese Man is not responsible for any adverse reactions arising from gifted items, and customers are responsible for reviewing product information prior to consumption.
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these campaigns shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
The Cheese Man reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
